Giguere for Spezza, LMAO. Thats going from bad to worse!
Spezza is lazy and needs to go, no doubt but Giguere is a has been.
Ottawa needs another Mike Fisher, heart and hard working with some talent.

Spezza will most definately be traded as the Sens will be the next team to blow it up and rebuild. With Leclaire being the bandaid boy he is, I see Spezza going to the Islanders for Biron and prospects.

I wouldn’t trade any more than a 2nd round pick and a couple bench players for Spezza. You could put all the talent you want around him and he’ll still be the selfish, lazy player he is today. A healthy scratch for a game or 2 could motivate him to put out a decent effort. Probably not though.

What? We’re not going to trade Spezza to the leafs, or any other team in our division. It makes no sense to trade all our top players to keep a rookie coach happy…trade Clouston to the leafs, there’s no star power to worry about there.

Typical leafs fan.. all players are going to Toronto, right? Who, exactly, would you guys have to trade for a guy of Spezza’s calibre? Idiot.

It’s pretty safe to say that if we move Spezza, it’ll be to the western conferrence.

The problem isn’t spezza, it’s the senators. they have never been able to get over being owned by the leafs in the playoffs!!!! Get spezza in the blue and white, he’d look good with kessy.

I think the problem Spezza is having is the same problem Heater was having. Cory Clouston has taken all the star power from our line up and even great players like Alfredsson don’t look as good under Clouston.
