Joe Haggerty via twitter: Marc Savard hasn’t ruled out returning to the lineup on Thursday versus the Lightning.
Frank Seravalli of the Philadelphia Daily News: Though not official, Philadelphia Flyers goalie Michael Leighton could return this week on a conditioning stint in the AHL. They should know early this week what they’ll do with him. The Flyers will have to make a roster move to accommodate his cap number. Matt Walker, Oskars Barulis or Brian Boucher could be waived. Ian Laperriere could be put on LTIR.

Tyler Bozak was moved to the 3rd between Freddie Sjostrom and Kris Versteeg. Tim Brent was centering Mike Brown and Colton Orr on the 4th line. JS Giguere practice today, “Great test, felt good today,” said Giguere. “I think physically I’m ready, it’s just a matter of am I ready to play a full game and stuff like that.”
