Oilers should be keeping his contract asking price quiet. They should have moved him long ago and if GMs get a whiff of what it might take to resign a guy with 5 goals in 46 games this season chances are they won’t shell out much in a trade. He’s an overrated forward on a team with an abundance of talented forwards. They’ll be lucky to get a 2nd rounder for him now.

hemsky needs a change of scenery. i agree taht his trade should have been done long ago.. why didnt management move him when they realized they had like what, 4 top 10 draft pics that are forwards??… and then you are looking at another one this year…
whoever picks up hemsky,needs to do it on the cheap.. like 3rd rounder cheap.. 5/mil a season is a laugh.. 3mil is pushing it also..
