  • David Ebner of the Globe and Mail: Canucks forward Daniel Sedin is “100 per cent,” according to his brother. Daniel took part in the teams practiced yesterday and looks to be good for Game 1.
  • Mike Brehm of USA Today: Blackhawks Jonathan Toews will decide Thursday morning if he’ll play in Game 1 or not.

    “I wouldn’t call them symptoms anymore,” Toews told the team’s website. “I think I’ll just work on conditioning and make sure I’m good to go and that I don’t get tired in a game.”

    Braden Holtby is expected to start Game 1 for the Capitals. Red Wings Darren Helm is expected to be back for Game 2.
