@hotwings, No, the Kroenke family is extremely rich. The amount of money he has isn’t the issue, his willingness to spend it is. Remember he is married to the heiress of Wal Mart. Roll back sports. As an Avs’ fan it really pisses me off.

@Michael, Ryan O’Reilly is worth far and beyond an overpaid player like Grabo. He did lead his team in scoring and led the league in takeaways last year after all.

I honestly wouldn’t mind an O’Rielly to Toronto for Mikhail Grabovski (and maybe mid-prosepct or 2nd round pick at most). The essentially play the same roll and I’d love to see what ROR could do with JVR. plus Grabo is making $5.5 which is a bit too much….

it will be interesting to see what happens w/ paul stastny.. he is ufa after next year…avs seem disfunctional.. i recall stastny’s father dissing them as well…

i wonder if the owner (who owns a about 7 other sports teams) is overextended financially and is having trouble doling out those pay cheques…

i cant see bozak going back to the avs for oreilly… why bring on board another ufa who might jump ship after this year?

kulemin, gunnar… frattin seem to be good starting points..
