Please, some team take Zanon and Hunwick. They’re too horrible for me to see in an Avs’ uniform again.

Lecavalier is going to Philadelphia. If New Jersey was smart, they would package Zajac to Winnipeg in exchange for Evander Kane.

honestly, why would the jets part with evander kane? its not a question of jersey being smart… getting evander kane out of winnipeg would need for the jets management to become suddenly retarded.

Winnipeg has already been exploring trading Evander Kane. They asked Ottawa for Erik Karlsson and Jared Cowan at the draft. Kane does not want to be in Winnipeg and will bolt as soon as he is eligible through free agency so why not trade him when his value is at its highest. A New Jersey package of Zajac and Adam Larsson might be enough to acquire Kane. I guarantee there will be a trade demand once he reaches RFA status so teams better start preparing trade packages so they don’t miss out.
