  • Craig Custance: Mikhail Grabovski’s agent, Gary Greenstin, said that three teams are “very interested.” A decision is not expected until August.
  • Gary Lawless: Blake Wheeler’s agent, Mat Keator, said they’ve had some conversations with the Jets and will continue to do so: “Hopefully we will avoid going to Toronto. We’ll see how the week unfolds.”
  • Nick Kypreos: Bryan Little was believed to be going to ask for $5.5 million in salary arbitration, while the Jets were to counter with $3.25 million.
  • News 1130 Sports: Mason Raymond’s agent said it will take some time for Raymond to sign a deal.
  • Tim Wharnsby: The Maple Leafs sign Carl Gunnarsson to a three-year deal worth $8.45 million. A $3.15 million salary cap hit: $2.85 million, $3.15 million and $3.45 million.
