  • Stephen Whyno: The Penguins announce that Pascal Dupuis (blood clots) will not play the rest of the season. He won’t get clearance until June.
  • Ansar Khan: Red Wings Pavel Datsyuk doesn’t think that he’ll play tonight. He’s had a lingering lower-body injury for the past three weeks. He could be ready for Thursday.
  • Shawn Mitchell: Blue Jackets Brandon Dubinsky (upper-body), Ryan Murray (lower-body) and Alexander Wennberg (infected hand) won’t play against the Ducks.
  • Jon Rosen: Kings Tanner Pearson is still expected to return in mid-April. He skated yesterday morning.
  • Ian Mendes: Senators Clarke MacArthur thinks he’ll be able to play before the end of the regular season:  “I feel like the marbles are all rolling in the right direction now.”
  • Jameson Olive: Panthers Nick Bjugstad (lower-body soreness) is doubtful for tonight against the Lightning.
  • Chuck Gormley: Capitals Tim Gleason (upper-body) said that he could have played on the weekend, but playing it safe.
  • Jonas Siegel: Maple Leafs coach Peter Horachek said that Joffrey Lupul has been slowed by some injuries, including a knee issue.
  • Joanne Ireland: Oilers Boyd Gordon (back) and Andrew Ference (upper-body) left last night’s game early.
  • Bruce Garrioch: Senators coach Dave Cameron said that Andrew Hammond will be fine and will be able to play on Thursday.
  • Ian Mendes: Senators Matt Puempel has a high-ankle sprain and will be out for four to six weeks.
