  • Wayne Fish: Flyers GM Ron Hextall said that Steve Mason and Kimmo Timonen aren’t unlikely to play until next Saturday. Though, he didn’t rule out Mason for Toronto.
  • Mike Chambers: Avalanche’s Jan Hejda is day-to-day with a knee injury. He was originally injured against the Stars on Feb. 14th.
  • Jason Mackey: The Penguins have activated Christian Ehrhoff from the IR.
  • John Vogl: Sabres Josh Gorges needs surgery and is done of the year with the lower-body injury. He’ll be ready for training camp.
  • Scott Powers of ESPN: Blackhawks defenseman Johnny Oduya left last night’s game after one shift in the first period with an undisclosed injury.
  • Pat Leonard of NY Daily News: Rangers Henrik Lundqvist will be re-evaluated in the next week or so. It’s hopeful that he will be cleared for a more aggressive rehab.
  • Dan Murphy: Canucks Ryan Miller left last night’s game with a lower-body injury.
