2,000 Saves in a Single Season

On March 29th, 2011, Cam Ward recorded 38 saves in a game. Save #34 in that game put him at 2,000 saves for the season, joining 11 other NHL goalies to hit 2,000 saves in a single season. Roberto Luongo, Curtis Joseph and Dominik Hasek have accomplished the feat twice.

    Brodeur is the biggest fraud in goaltending. 78 games and he barely gets over 2,000. A complete product of his defense and the system he plays. He would have to play that many games just to hit 2,000.
