- Aaron Portzline: Sergei Bobrovsky said that he aggravated the groin injury that has kept him out of the Blue Jackets lineup since December 10th.
- Shawn Mitchell of the Columbus Dispatch: The Blue Jackets activated Sergei Bobrovsky from the IR last Wednesday, but put him back on the IR retroactive to Thursday after he re-aggravated the groin injury that caused him to miss 11 games. Coach John Tortorella said that he’s day-to-day. The Blue Jackets will be without Matt Calvert for a month with a sprained knee.
